Adults

Adult classes are an opportunity for people ages 18+ to work out at Flipper’s. Classes are catered to the level of skill of the participants that attend. Adults pay as they go – $30/class – or can purchase a 10-class card for $280. â€‹

  • Tuesday 7:00pm-8:30pm​​

  • ​​​Thursday 6:30pm-8:00pm: Fundamental Beginner/Advanced Beginner level class​

Adult Conditioning

Introducing our Adult Conditioning class! This class will focus on strength, endurance, and flexibility and will run for 45 minutes. Buy 10 classes upfront or pay as you go - $20/class or $180 for a 10-class card.
